Lower Ab Curls with a Challenge

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5825)

I teach a couple of Core Training classes and am always searching for new and inventive ways to challenge the abs. The following moves may offer a little change to the same old ab curls and crunches!

You'll need a set of hand weights - 2-5 pounds depending on your participants, and a length of tubing or a spry band.
