Kick it hard!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 5851)

This is a fun pattern for intermediate to advanced KBA participants, for use once well warmed up for leg work. Just short and sweet (8 counts) but a kick in the pants. Repeat other side.

Modifications once everyone is up to speed on this would be to add a quick jab on each side of your side kick so it goes (showing counts 1-8):
