This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 5859)

I start them off with just the punching pattern, and travel through the room to spar with each of them, thus they MUST duck!

Then I add the kicks, repeating them 8 or 16 times, then put it all together.

Simple, but it gets them going!
