Around the World Kick Combo
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 5883)
Example given is the final combo as it would be taught using
the add on approach.
- Right front kick (1)
- Left back kick (2)
- Right side kick (3)
- Left front knee (4)
(repeat from start to complete 8 count)
Start by teaching the right front kick and left back kick
together. Overload each side. Teach the right side then
left knee raise together. Overload each side. Put together
using 4 x (right front and left back kick) then 4x (right
side then left knee raise) Decrease numbers until doing singles.
