Abs for Andy

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5887)

Basic crunch position. Have participants visualize an analog clock on the ceiling. Have them lift shoulders towards the "quarter" hour, i.e.; 12,3,6 and nine o'clock. Have them do these 4 crunches 4X. Now tell them to lift and roll around the clock. 4 counts for one complete roll. Now tell them to lift to the quaarter hour counter-clockwise, i.e., 12,9,6 and 3. Do these 4, 4X. Then repeat the roll around the clock (counter-clockwise). I usually have them roll it 16X. The roll is one smooth, continuous movement, not separate crunches. Tell them to start the roll at 12 and end at 12 also. Great for upper and obliques.
