Reach to the Sky

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 5889)

I hope this will give something new to someone. I have instructed for 13 years so I have a lot of years bottled up in my head.

Reach for the Sky

Your arm movement will be:

Front raises with the palms facing each other and the weights touching each other - make it with a 4 count up.

Once arms extended drop arms into a tricep extension behind the head down and up - make it a 4 count down and up. (total count 8)

Return back down reversing your front raise down - 4 counts

At the bottom turn palms up the ceiling and do bicep curls turning the thumbs to the shoulders up and down - make it a 4 count up and down (total count 8)

Your leg movement is a march or heel dig or plies....whatever you like.
