- Repeater-any (8)
- Turn straddle turn (8)
- Corner to corner (4)
- Two jumping jacks (4)
- Reverse L-step (8)
- Four boxing kicks (left, right, left-right) (8)
- Four jacks back (8)
- Repeat 2 more times (32)
- Turnstep or reverse turnstep 4 times (16)
Reverse Lstep: starting with the bench horizontal, begin on
left corner (with left shoulder to bench), execute a
traditional L-step turning so left shoulder is to the
left wall on first four counts. Tap up right foot then left
and tap down left then right. You are now facing the left
wall and your right shoulder is next to the bench-last
four counts. Return the same way.
