Old moves, but oh how well they work
This is a

Block #1
Start out facing the left wall
- Crossover (4)
- Side leg lift (4)
- Turnstep (4)
- Squat on the floor(4)
- Leg press (4)
- Crossover (4)
- Repeater knee (8)
(Repeat, you are now facing the right wall)
Block Number 2
- Diagonal (4)
- 1 Knee lift while stepping back to other end of
the step (4)
- Repeater knee across (8)
- Turnstep (4)
- Mambo step x 2 (8)
- Lunge (4)
(Repeat, facing the right wall)
Block #3
- Step lunge x 2 (8)
- Hop double x 2 (REMEMBER: Walk down)(8)
- Travel leg curl x 2 (8)
- Run up (same foot twice) x 2 (REMEMBER: Walk down) (8)
(Repeat with left leg lead)
Block #4
- Combo travel knee/L-step (8)
- Take the long way home (4)
- L-step back (4)
- Alternating knee lift (8)
- Squat on the floor (4)
- Jumping jack x 2 (4)
(repeat starting with travel knee towards the right wall)
(On the two last jumping jacks in block 4, you should end up
facing the left wall, ready to start from the top of block 1)
Leg press:
- Step up with one foot
- Press other leg backwards by squeezing your buttocks
Repeater knee across:
- Start facing the left wall.
- Step up with right foot.
- Two repeater knees
- Replace third repeater with a small hop
that carries you across the step.
Step lunge:
- Start facing the step
- Step up with right foot
- Lunge down right/left
- Step down with right and left foot
Hop double x 2:
- Hop up on step with one foot.
- Make it a double by adding a small hop on same foot.
(REMEMBER: WALK BACK DOWN)
Repeat with other foot.
Combo Travel knee/L-step:
- Travel knee lift to left corner of step
- Travel back to right corner, turning knee lift into
L-step over to the short end of the step. Ending up
with your left side towards the right, short end of
the step.
Take the long way home:
- Crossing the step lengthwise
