Here is another tapless routine. I hope you can use it.
All combos are 32 counts and are self-reversing.
#1
- Basic right (4)
- V-step right (4)
- Up and alternate lunges x2 and exit (8)
- Power kicks to each corner (8)
- Mambo right on bench (4)
- Step knee (4)
Repeat left
#2
- Alternate hams curls to each corner (8)
- Turnstep straddle (4)
- Hop turn straddle (4)
- Step kick and straddle (4)
- 2 Knee repeaters with walk behind to other side (8)
- Mambo left (4)
Repeat left
#3
- Diagonal revolver-just like a revolving door except
you take it diagonal instead. (8)
- Step up and face the back and lunge x2 (8)
- Knee repeaters around the the bench and straddle (8)
- Step knee behind (4)
- A-step with ball change (4)
