"Hesitation" combo
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 5903)
This one is a little tricky- start with the punching combo-
once that is mastered, add the kicks.
- Double jab right (2)
- Left cross, HOLD (2)
- Step forward with left, roundhouse kick right, step back (4)
- Repeat above 2X (8)
- Transition to left lead by doing football runs facing
all directions around room til you get to the left lead,
then repeat to that side.
The HOLD (or hesitation) is important, otherwise the counts get
all messed up. Same with the steps between the kicks. If
done properly you have a nice 16 count combo!
