"Hesitation" combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5903)

This one is a little tricky- start with the punching combo- once that is mastered, add the kicks. The HOLD (or hesitation) is important, otherwise the counts get all messed up. Same with the steps between the kicks. If done properly you have a nice 16 count combo!
