This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 5524)

I needed a new approach to my class, so here it goes! It's a water spinning class! Make sure that when you are instructing your students on how to spin properly that they have good posture and are not leaning too far forward (can put the aqua jogger backwards to help prevent falling forward). Also, make sure that they make circles with the feet and keep the feet flexed - can feel it more in the hamstrings. Just some helpful tips!

This is an interval class - alternating 3 minutes shallow end work and deep water spinning.

You can substitues any of the shallow exercises with cross-country skiing, jumping jacks, resistance exercises, etc. I like to give my class a workout and maximize space too.
