The first steps

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 5528)

Take your time, than everyone learn, have fun and come back!!!!

* Ski step: a fast step touch (step up) on 1 (on the step) on 2 (down). So you go up, down up down in 4 counts.

**Squat: Like on the floor but keep one feet one the step and bring the other down on the floor. Count 1-2 when you bend, 2-3 up to the step.
