Simply "The ab routine". Gotta love this one.

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 5533)

Four sets of fun. All I'll say is give it a try.

Ab routine is as follows:

Set 1:

Set 2:

Set 3:

Set 4:

When you can easily accomplish an exercise or set, add more repetitions to that set and or do them slower.
