Sweatin' Leopards!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5534)

I teach aerobics at a community college, and most of my students are out of shape and have little experience in rhythmic movement. I have to keep things pretty simple for the first couple of months until they gain some confidence. Here are three combinations that I use. The first is 64 counts, right lead, left lead, and the other two are 32 counts, also right lead, left lead. Enjoy them as my Temple College Leopards do!
(All start with right lead.)

Repeat with left lead

Repeat with left lead

Repeat with left lead

These combos are simple, but effective, and my students really enjoy them.
