October Step Fillers

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5543)

A couple of moves I picked up off the morning exercise shows that are fun:

Double Dip:

Double knee repeater right lead to left side of step, step back on the floor and step touch to the right which takes you to your left lead

Can do this move with lots of attitude or not...I usually break into it by starting with single knee lifts side to side.

Turnstep variations:

Since the only step I teach anymore is as a warm up to body conditioning or as cardio during circuit training I'm always looking for simple but fun moves that you can throw at the students without a long explanation, these fit the bill for me, hope they're useful to someone else out there.
