The Well Balanced Libra Workout - Low Impact of course

Yes, you guessed it I am a Libra - don't know if that's why I always want to have my workouts balanced as to use of right & left but here's my choreography for this month so far:

So far my class loves this since they get to face in different directions frequently.

May add some African dance based moves to this in the coming week:

Double stomp right & left then wide march 4 with arms moving in cartwheel formation counter clockwise full range of motion, followed by a 4 point pivot turn with strong claps like you are killing a mosquito????????
