Lay Down the Smoke!!

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 5559)

Yup! I'm back. You've probably read some of the cycle stuff that I've put on this site, but I'd like to talk about something different. I've been seeing the "boot camp" craze pick-up, so I decided to jump on the band wagon. After spending six LONG years in the Infantry, and many schools while I was in (Airborne, Air Assault, and Ranger), I kinda figured I might be a little certified to teach this kind of class. Most of what I've seen so far has really been nothing but sports conditioning, though.

So I'm bummed. Well, I've applied alot of what I learned in the Army to my "boot camp" class. I've found it to work (unlike the Army, this has to be safe) and it makes people hate me in a fun way. No choreography, no 32-count beats, just plain old "smoke".

Here's some (but not all) of the stuff I like to do:

This type of class isn't for just any instructor. But if it is, ditch the cone-drill junk, toss the aerobics tape, put on an Airborne cadence tape, and thrash thier lives. Drop me a line and let me know how it goes.
