Combo:1
- 8x Single side step: right, left, right, left. (16)
- 4x Double side step: right, left, right, left. (16)
- 1x Double side step moving up: right, left, right,
left AND back. (32)
Combo:2
- 4x Alternating single knee lifts to the front. (4)
- 4x Alternating single knee lifts to the side. (4)
- 4x Alternating single kicks to the front: right, left,
right, left. (4)
- 4x Alternating single kicks side to side: right, left,
right, left. (4)
- 1x Moving forward kick front:right, left, right, left. (4)
- 1X Moving back kick side for four alternating. (4)
Combo:3
- *Put one and two together.
- Do four squats side to side: right, left, right, left (8)
- Lunge back for four: right, left, right, left (4)
- Lunge side, alternating: right, left, right, left (4)
Repeat from begining, put 1,2,and 3 together!!
