Do You Want to Pushup?
This is a
Body Sculpting pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 5562)
This pushup routine is performed to a 32 count beat, so it's
easy to use at the end of cardio classes.
- 1. Start with 8 single pushups - down, up (4 counts
each) (32)
- 2. Then 8 down 2, up 2 pushups - (8 counts each) (64)
- 3. Then hover half way for a count of 8 (32)
As you pushup from your hover you can immediately go to a
second set. You can also do only 4 of the down 2, up 2 set,
if your class isn't ready for the whole thing. I love doing
at least 3 full sets. See what you think.
