Kick Krazy
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 5574)
- 4 Jab front (walking it forward)
- Slip back (4) on 4 count bring the knee up
- Repeat slow a few times, then pick up tempo
- Then after 8x when you get to the knee up, do a knee
up side kick and hold for 32 counts, then knee up
rear kick 32 counts, then knee turns into front kick
rear kick (32 counts)
Repeat other side
They will Love this combo ... Boy does it get your heartrate

And I always try to start my class...with "A word
of The day " ..Like "awesome "
or Super " and occasionally during class I have
then yell it out...esp if there is a lull of silence :)
