Wanna Warm 'em up??

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5575)

Wanna Warm 'em up?? Motivate and Inspire them?? I thought so....read on!!!!!

Ok here it is...nice and easy but FUN, FRESH and FUNKY!

NOW...you add arms to the dip touch INTO... And that's it. OK, so it looks complicated on paper! Try learning the routine to some really funky pumpin' music and everything will be much clearer. Like I said, it looks complicated but it isn't really, I PROMISE!!!!!

OK, explanations!

First of all, the "Out to the side" arms on the dip touch... you have finished doing the double time bicep curls. Extend the left arm straight out to the left side, right arms bends, forearm coming across the chest so both arms are pointing to the right basically. Repeat to right, right arm to the side, left arms bends, forearm across the chest. Remember to extend the arm and hold for one beat for the slow part and then to double time it...! It's FUN!
