Cycle Countdown

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 5580)

Pick 6 different cycling positions, cadences or tensions. I choose the following 6: standing sprint, hard seated climb, slide, piston jog (vertical jog), seated sprint, hard standing climb.

Perform each one consecutively for 60 seconds, then 45, 30 and 15 seconds. Repeat them again for 15, 30, 45 and 60 seconds.

Example: Standing sprint -60 seconds, hard seated climb-60 seconds, slide-60 seconds, piston jog (vertical jog)-60 seconds, seated sprint-60 seconds, hard standing climb-60 seconds, start over with standing sprint for 45 seconds and continue down through.

This will just about take you through a 45 minute class if you include warm-up and cool-down. I put my water breaks in between the hard seated climb and slide. This class will fly by. My participants enjoyed it.
