Frannie's Hi/Low III
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 5581)
Here is some more high & low impact choreography for your
class. As always, remember that you can do the whole routine
as is, or break it up and mix and match with your own (that's
what I like to do). Most of the moves below are pretty easy
to follow, however introducing ANYTHING new to your classes
can be confusing.
I hope you enjoy!
Let me know what you think!
Combination #1
- March forward for 4 counts
- March back for 4 counts (lift the knee on count 4 and
add a little hop)
- 1 Box step 4 counts
- Double knee lift right 4 counts
- Grapevine right and 3 alternating hamstring curls 8
counts
- Mambo cha cha cha towards the left then the right 8
counts
Combination #2
- Jog forward for 4 counts
- Kick front right & left 4 counts
- Kick right 2 times 4 counts
- Kick left 2 times 4 counts
- Kick rear 4 times (turning) 8 counts
- Double heel right then double heel left 8 counts
Combination #3
- Double knee right 4 counts
- 2 Alternating knees left then right 4 counts
- Double knee left 4 counts
- 2 Alternating knees right then left 4 counts
***Cue all of the above as double, single, single--double,
single, single**
- Lunge right and left 4 times traveling forward 8 counts
- Double lunge right then double lunge left 8 counts
- Grapevine right and left 8 counts
- 4 Jumping jacks traveling backwards 8 counts
- Grapevine right and left 8 counts
- 4 Jumping jacks in place 8 counts
Well that's it for now, I really hope that you were able to
pick up on the choreography. Let me know via email if there
was something you didnt understand.
Also, let me know what you thought. Please, please, please--if
there is anyone out there that does hi/low, put your combos
on turnstep.com as hi/low choreography is very hard to find.
I love step, however there is too much out there. I (along
with others) am always looking for IDEAS. Don't be afraid
to put your MOVES out there!
Take care
& God Bless
Frances
