This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 5594)

This is a kicking combo. It gets the heart rate up there.

I teach this in add-on style: Do block 1 until people get it, then add block 2 to block 1 and do that until people are comfortable, then add block 3. This is a great set of combos. It really gets people's heart rates up.(Because of all the kicking). I usually try to do a set of shadow boxing combos afterwards to balance out the upper and lower body.

This combo may look familiar cause I used some others from this site and spliced them together. Which how I've come up with some really cool boxing stuff. I usually take 3 or 4 different combos off this site and put together and have a great time. Thanks so much to all who contribute to this site it's really made my classes and job so much fun!
