Triple Step Box Walk

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5600)

This is a triple step pattern. The steps are vertical, and about shoulder width apart from each other. Begin on the far left side, right lead. The benches are labeled 1, 2, and 3, working from left to right.

Bench #1

Bench #2

Bench #3

Box walk: This is done on the floor, straddling the bench. First march it wide, then have them walk up up, back back. To exit, you step up as if to finish the knee straddle.

Turnknee, step touch: This is a turnstep, but instead of tapping down you knee down. This gets you off the counts, so to add the extra two needed, the step touch works.

This pattern is self-reversing and 32 counts. I have been teaching a variety of Multi-Step classes for Indiana University. If you have any questions or want ideas, let me know! There are tons of formats to be creative with! It gives your old choreography a boost!

Also, this is my first contribution, so I'm still working out the kinks. If I have not been clear, please let me know!
