This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 5601)

GB')s Simple Lateral Moves 1 Warm Up

This is the first of a series of Lateral Movements; starting with a warm up. These are designed to add or take away from the original move and add something to it or modify for your liking. The whole idea is to get you thinking of combinations in a directional pattern similar to hi/lo but for Cardio Kick Box.

Combo is represented by a (#._)
The count is represented by (_.#)


Repeat this movement going to the left laterally changing right to left and left to right.
Total (16)
Repeat 16 count again for a (32).

Repeat the model with the following replacements. (For a 32 count)
Instead of a simple knee up change it to:

These are a lot of fun and have been done before. The difference is that I will be taking these simple moves and replacing them with Boxing and Kicking Combinations in a Lateral movement.
