Do You Want to Squat and Lunge?

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 5604)

Weights should be appropriate for shoulder/bicep-tricep
Start out working right leg (I use a step in front-optional):
  1. Lunge forward and back onto and off of the step with the right leg for 4, arms are bicep curls (up on forward, down on back) (16)
  2. Squat wide to the right and back to meet the left leg on the floor for 4, arms are lateral deltoid raises (16)
  3. Lunge back and up to a legs together stance with right leg for 4, arms are tricep kick backs (16)
  4. Squat with legs together for 4, arms are front deltoid raises for 2 of the squats and rear deltoid raises for the other 2 (16) Repeat for the left side

    Options: If your class is too fatigued to do #1 through #4 on one leg, then do #1 on the right leg followed by #1 on the left leg, on to #2 on each leg, etc.

    If your class is advanced try a pulse 3 come up (on 4) variation of this combo, note the arm movements can also be pulsed.
