October Step

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5620)

Bench is horizontal. Right foot lead REPEAT, opposite side of bench



REPEAT, opposite side of bench

(You will start you tap corner to corner on the same that you complete your repeater knees, after you do your over the top)

*Up lunge: step up on bench with lead foot followed by the other foot. Lunge down with lead foot, then step up. Lunge down with other foot, then step back up. Lunge down with lead foot one more time and exit bench. (I cue as: "up, up, right, and left, exit right, tap it up" or look at is as "one, two, three and four, five, six, seven, eight").

*Slow jacks: Completing your taps to the corners, take it to a squat jack (squatting as you do your jack) and hold it on the first and second count. (Cueing as: "jack it out, bring it back" or as "one, two (hold, hold) three and four (jumping back to starting position-feet together))

I do apologize. I do realize that not all of these combos are 32 counts, but they do work well together. As you may have noticed, I borrowed a couple of ideas from this site and added on. Many Thanks to those of you I "borrowed" from. Hope you enjoy!
