Step and Sweat

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 5628)

This is a 32 count pattern that is pretty intense. I recommend that you use it in the middle of your workout. Remember that a grapevine can be substituted for an across the top as a low-impact option. Your board is horizontal and your are starting on the left small end of your board with a right lead.

I use this pattern for Interval classes where you want to zoom the heart rate up. Try holding your clients on across the tops for 32 counts to mix things up. Enjoy!!
