Stephanie's CKB Burnout

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 5646)

This really gets my class moving, and gets their heart rate up. I'ts a fast-paced cardio session (about 144 BPM).

Starting in a riding horse stance, working the left side first.

We usually do a set of 8 or 12, then go back to the riding horse stance for a fast-paced upper body workout (still at 144 BPM) Now working the right side, back to the first combination. Another set of 8 or 12

You can also do this combo on a bag. It's almost the same thing, but adds a side kick. Start with the right hip and shoulder lined up with the bag (make sure they are the proper distance to throw a sidekick into the bag).

A set of 8 on each side always has their hearts pumping!
