Crunch with weights

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 5645)

Lie on floor, legs at 90 degree angle with no more than 5 pound weight held between ankles. Hands behind head and proceed to lift upper body in basic crunch style. I only do 2 sets of 8 at a time like this unless class is advanced! Remind class to keep tummy held and back pushed into the floor and to exhale on your way up. Burns right away!!
