HI-LO eNerGy ;-))

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5652)

Block A (right side is starting):

Block B:

  • 1-32 Repeat all with left leg beginning

    Block C:

    Block D:

    P.S. If you take the shuffles you can use the room and shuffle from right side to the left, it give a lot of fun + motion

    * Leg curl U-TURN = (start to the right side) leg curl right, 1/4 turn back leg curl left (now you're looking on the left wall), leg curl right, 1/4 turn back to the front + leg curl left, leg curl right with a 1/4 turn again back (now you see the right wall), leg curl left, 1/4 leg curl right to the front again and then the doubles, I hope it's not too complicated :)
