Have your students get a step with 2 risers on EACH end. They need to come to the short end of their step and turn so they are facing the step.
They need to stand both weights up on their ends at the end of their bench. Bend over and place the hands on the ends of the weights for support. Remind your students to keep the supporting knee bent and not to arch the lower back.
Lift and lower the right leg 16x. Then switch legs.
Lift the leg and come half way down 16x. Then switch legs.
Pulse on each side 16x.
Up 2 down 2.
