This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 5412)

Here are the positions for your pattern: That is the continuous pattern you will use. Start with 80% tension, each position at 30 second intervals. Do 1 set.

Move tension down to 70%, each position at 20 second intervals.

Move tension down to 60%. Keep at 60% through rest of pattern. I do 2 sets at 60%, 10 second intervals. Then I decrease it to 5 second intervals, 2-4 sets. Then pick up the pace and go for 2-3 second intervals as many sets as you want. Everyone is constantly moving, changing positions. Lots of fun!
