Steppin with the Seniors

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 5419)

** Continue the routine, only add kicks and knee-ups. You can also change your direction for each new move, until you make a complete cross. (Turn to the right on each new change.) Make sure that you use your arms in some way throughout the routine.

This should really work them into a good sweat. It's also a good time to take a pulse check when you get through it. Seniors need to be challanged, so don't be afraid to push them a little. Not to fast though, just enough to get them yelling at you. Enjoy!
