Stepping in Paradise

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5424)

Combo 1

Repeat pattern on the left side.

Combo 2

Repeat pattern on the left side.

Combo 3

Repeat pattern on the left side.

Combo 4

Repeat pattern on the left side.

Try these out -- my class thought it was really fun and an awesome workout. Let me know what you think.

*Figure eights: From the left side of the bench, do a knee repeater around the step, then straddle, then a knee repeater around the bench (right side) and straddle.

**Hopscotch: From the straddle (facing left side of the room) you hop on the bench, then hop off then hop on again --> from here you do the 2 lunges.

***L-step around the world: Stepping on the bench with your right leg do an L-step on the left side of the bench then immediately turn around and do another L-step with your left leg (facing the back of the room). Move across the floor to get the other side of the bench to do an L-step with your right leg then again immediately turn around to do the last L-step with your left leg (facing front) on the right side of the bench.
