Criss-Cross I

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 5429)

This is a fairly simple step pattern once you get it down. It moves you around the bench a lot, and people really seem to enjoy it. I have only been an instructor for two weeks, and this is my first submission. Any advice is welcome!

Step is horizontal.

This has you in the beginning position for the combination... Repeat this whole combo x 3. After the third combo.... I make the transition into doing the combo again so we are working the left leg on the extensions. After doing the turnstep for the transition, you may want to have the class tap up on the bench to get their bearings before starting into the combo again.

Do the same combo x 3 working the left leg. Repeat the transition, and then do the combo on the right, but change the extension to a hamstring curl. Do the transition again, and do the combo with the hamstring curl working the left leg. You can repeat the combo again, and change the hamstring curl to a knee-up. When everybody gets it down real well, since you do the combo x 3, you can alternate between extension, hamstring, and knee-up. It really is a lot of fun, and gives the class a sense of accomplishment when they get it down.
