Combination One
- Bunny hop (half time jog) 8 counts
- Jog on the spot, arms up, then out. 8 counts
- Grapevine x 3 L shape 12 counts
- Step curl x 2 4 counts
Self-reversing, repeat leading with left leg
Combination Two
- Stomp x 2, hop 360 degrees around 8 counts
- I teach this as a single, single double leg curl and
layer in stomps, and 'teapot' turn
- 4x Pony 8 counts
- 'Scooter' (sideways jog, with 'showgirl' arms) 8 counts
- 4x Step clap 8 counts
Self-reversing, repeat leading with left leg
Combination Three
- 4 Knee repeater 8 counts
- 2x Easy walk (V-step for you yanks) 8 counts
- Walk forward 3 alternating knees, walk back
alternating 3 knees
16 counts
Self-reversing, repeat leading with left leg
After your class has got comfy with each combination, cut
the whole thing in half, that is do combo one, once,
straight into combo two, and then combo three. You will
be ready to start combo one again, this time leading
