Pyramid Abs

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 5447)

Lie on your back with feet flat on floor, legs bent, usual stuff imagine there is an orange between chin and chest, concentrate on abs, if neck hurts place one hand behind only as support & elbow out to side.

My class is a beginners so I have to rest them between the first set, once they get better I will continue, then perhaps add for two counts etc.
