Abductor Blast
This is a
Body Sculpting pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 5449)
You will need a spri resistance tube. Start with tube
under both feet, making sure that tube is at the center
of the feet, not too close to the heels or toes. Bring each
handle to each shoulder (beginners can bring handles to
hips).
- Step out to the right,then bring your left
foot together.
- Travel right for 8 counts.
- After 8 counts, squat and abductor your right leg 4
times, being careful not to raise your hip.
Repeat to left.
This pattern can be used as a cool-down transition a
step-sculpt class.
