This one really gets the class up.
- 1. Jump up as high as you can.
- 2. Come down as you are squatting (cue: as if you are
landing on your feet, then sitting in a chair)
- 3. Pop out your booty (great on buns)
- 4. Repeat 8-10 times . . . or more
