Isolating varying speeds

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5503)

Hi I have been spinning for 3 1/2 years and teaching for 2 1/2. This pattern is easy to do with any song. An isolation is spinning with just the legs keeping the upper body still spinning with a complete circle. Some feel this is contra-indicated. What I tell my students is if it bothers your knees not to do it: for most it does not.

Madd dog does not feel it is something you do on a bike. I feel who cares. What I do is isolate and then slow down and speed up while isolating and keep doing this. Feel the burn. Try to do this with a smile. I am always looking for great music so email me if you have any.
