Traumatized Triceps

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 6860)

We work one arm at a time when we do this series of exercises.

Participants will need one weight.

Right arm:
Overhead tricep extension with the palm facing the front of the room (16x)

Turn the palm to the back of the room. Make sure they keep their arm close to their head. Do 16 more tricep extensions.

Turn palm back to the front of the room. With the weight BEHIND your head push the weight back and forth from the left shoulder to the right. (16X) Tell them to be sure and not hit themselves in the back of the head and not to pull the head forward while doing the one.

Switch to the left arm.

We do three sets/side. You will feel this the next day!!!!
