SUMO V-Rhythm changes!
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 6852)
These are 32 count /self reversing and has rhythm
changes -- HERE ARE 2 FUN PATTERNS!! ENJOY AND EMAIL ME
WITH QUESTIONS!!
- 1 Knee off the end, Acorn (basic that turns at the
corner tap down) 8
- Hop turn straddle down, + 1 more straddle
- Hop turn straddle again, and stay on the floor over
bench and strut back 4 counts (strut= walk back
while over the bench on floor)(8 counts total)
- 4 Peg legs (or 2 bi level pegs)
- Revolving door (8)
- 2 Corner to corner hesitation stomps (a quick double
stomp 1&2, then change sides 3,4 and do the other
corner- you can sub in any corner to corner move-
knees or kicks if you wish to simplify)
- Sumo V into a 3 lunge shooter (step up wide on bench
at half time (each step is 2 counts), then come down
to floor up to tempo -- YOU WILL BE OFF THE DOWN
BEAT!! Then step up on to the bench to tempo and then
do 3 lunges back and then step off-- YOU SHOULD END
ON A NEW LEAD LEG AND BACK ON THE BEAT!!)
