Keep Kickin'

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6856)

Starting in a wide stance, facing front -

Combo #1

Repeat all, starting left

Combo #2

Repeat this combo X 1

Combo #3

Repeat all, starting left

Combo #4

Repeat, keep turning jack to the left until you return to start position

Repeat this 4 more times, then repeat all of Combo #4 starting left

*Front thrust: Just like a front kick, but you step forward and down after kicking, as if you are going to push your opponent back with the foot.
