Lots of Box Combos you'll love

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6858)

Alright guys...I like to give back to those I take from for my classes. This is a long entry but I'm writing in all the 6 box aerobics classes I've used off and on in the last six months. Do you what you will with them. :)

Class #1

Right lead

Front stance:

Repeat left lead

Double step tap with knee

Repeat left

Side stance:

Repeat both combos left

Front stance:

Repeat left

Class #2

Side stance:

Repeat

Repeat left

Front stance:

Class #3

Side stance:

Repeat left

Front stance (but head facing side):

Repeat

Repeat three times
Then repeat left

Repeat

Class #4

Side stance:

Right jab

(this combo will back you from side stance to front stance)

Front stance:

Hold squats for 8 counts

Repeat left

Class #5

Front stance:

Combine those to trip punches (double step touch - at end of step touch, if moving right - left cross, left hook, left uppercut)

Repeat left

Repeat kick left

Repeat left

Class #6

Repeat right lead a couple times
then do all left lead a couple times

Front stance (all right lead):

Repeat same side

Repeat all left lead
