This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 6870)

This workout is best done using a vertical bench, although you may do it all on the floor. Use hand weights for added resistance. Work for that challenge!!! Have fun.

If using the bench, stand to left end for left leg lifts- one foot on the bench, stand to the right end for the right leg.

Repeat routine using right leg

Combo #3

If using the bench, stand to the left end again, keeping the right foot on the bench.

Repeat routine on opposite side of bench, or repeat the same on the floor.

This is for those who want that extra challenge. You can add more reps depending on the fitness levels. Try it. They'll LOVE IT!!
