Sculpting those Shoulders

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 6881)

This is a quick pattern to fit into your sculpting class

Light weights to start, about 5 pounds.

We do this several sets like this and then do the same thing to the side with lateral raises. Then alternate to the front and sides. After this you can have them put down their light weights and pick up a heavy pair for 2-3 more rounds.
