Hokey Pokey Hop

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6900)

I used this as a transition from high intensity interval workout to isolated ab/upper body potiono of the workout.

Have class walk the length of the pool for about 2-3 minutes in order to bring the heart rate down after cardio-portion.

Form a large congo line and have the class do the bunny hop for about 3 minutes. Gradually encourage the class to form a large circle and run them through the hokey pokey (make sure that they are singing with you). It is a lot of fun and takes their minds off the upcoming strength/toning potion. (also a great warm-up or cool-down move).
