Horizontal bench. All combos are self-reversing, and the "*"'s are explained at the end. :) Don't get lost on this adventure!

* Hamstring combo: you are standing on the floor, straddling the bench. Do a ham curl with the right leg and step on floor (1 2). Ham curl with the left leg and step on floor (3 4). Ham curl with the right leg, then pull the leg into a knee lift position (5 6). Step the right foot on the floor in front of the left and rock your weight onto it. The rock the body weight back onto the left (7 8). Cue: ham, ham, ham-knee-rock!
** Kickline. Step the right foot on the left corner of bench, kick with the left foot. Step the left onto the bench next to the right, and kick the right foot. Replace the right foot onto the bench and kick the left. Exit the bench left right. I teach this by starting with a 3 repeater step with kicks instead of knees, and move into this. For more advaced, step right and hop while the left is kicking, then jump onto the left while the right knee bends and then swings forward to kick....
